Auto-Level
One click measures the mix and raises it to −1 dBFS peak level — studio loudness without the math.
For SIDtunez tracks with stems available, you mix the royalty-free individual tracks yourself in the ASM: adjust stems, cut clips with automatic crossfade, overlay your own video as a reference — and license the finished mix as WAV, with no fees to GEMA or GVL.
The SIDtunez ASM is a browser-based stem mixer that adapts a track's available individual tracks (stems) to the length and structure of your project. Instead of using a track as is, you decide for yourself: lower the drums, remove the vocals entirely, shorten the intro, time the drop exactly to the scene change — while your own video plays as a reference right above the tracks. What you hear in the preview is exactly the file you'll license in the end.
Stems
Many tracks are available as individual tracks — e. g. drums, bass, melody, and vocals. Each track has volume, mute, and solo.
Edit
Split, move, overlap clips at the playhead — every cut automatically gets an inaudible crossfade, just like in a real DAW. Drag the handles on the clip corners to fade in and out.
Video reference
Load your video as a filmstrip track with a preview window — frame-accurate sync to the playhead. This lets you cut the music directly to your picture.
Levels, curves, and limiter are handled by the ASM in the background — you focus on the edit.

Protects against clipping — in the preview just as in the purchased file.
Timeline down to the millisecond, the waveform stays razor-sharp.
Ctrl+Z undoes any action — from the edit to the fader move.
Your edit is rendered with all fades and levels and licensed the standard way. The preview is the purchase.
No setup, no software — just a current browser.
Pick a track with stems from the catalog and open the ASM directly from the player. The tracks load in the browser.
Adjust stems, split, apply fades — with your video as reference if needed. Click the timeline to jump to any point.
Auto-leveling brings the mix to studio volume, then your edit is rendered as WAV and licensed as usual.
In 48 seconds
Mix individual stems, cut, bring to level — and license as WAV.
Wherever music can't just play, it has to sit.
No. The video stays entirely on your computer and is only displayed locally in the browser — no upload takes place, and nothing is stored or processed. That's why even large files start instantly. After closing the mixer, simply select it again next time.
Yes, because both go through the same signal chain: the same levels, the same fade curves, the same limiter. The WAV export is not a re-creation of your mix — it's the same mix, just rendered in full quality.
No. SIDtunez's entire catalog is royalty-free and GVL-free — not registered with GEMA or any other performing rights organization (PRO), for either composition or performance rights. So no GEMA or GVL fees apply to your licensed mix.
Yes. The mix is created from the stems of a royalty-free and GVL-free track and remains so. SIDtunez has contractually confirmed GVL-free status with the performers and rights holders involved. Upon request, you'll receive a confirmation of royalty-free and GVL-free status for submission.
No. If you've ever edited a video before, you'll feel right at home: timeline, playhead, dragging clips. The studio technology — crossfade curves, levels, limiter — is handled automatically by the ASM in the background.
Just a current browser. You can try it out without signing up; a free account is required for the video reference track and to purchase the mix.
